Terms of Engagement

1. System Access & Agreement

By accessing the MechanicNearme24x7.com grid and requesting dispatch services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement.

2. Scope of Operations

We deploy 24/7 mechanical engineering units to execute auto and moto recoveries, diagnostics, and repairs. While we target a 30-minute intercept ETA, deployment times may fluctuate due to extreme weather, active grid lock (traffic), or hardware unavailability.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure a successful rescue operation, you must:

• Transmit accurate grid coordinates and hardware specifications.
• Remain at a safe location near the incapacitated asset until the unit arrives.
• Maintain an active comms link (Phone/WhatsApp) with dispatch.

4. Financial Protocol

Diagnostic fees and repair estimates will be communicated by the technician upon physical inspection of the asset. Work will only commence upon your verbal or digital authorization. Payments must be cleared immediately upon mission completion via authorized digital nodes.

5. Limitation of Liability

MechanicNearme24x7.com executes operations with maximum precision. However, we are not liable for pre-existing mechanical failures, data loss in onboard computers, or secondary damages arising from extreme asset deterioration. Our liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
