Refunds & Reversals

Our standard operating procedure for dispatch aborts and financial reversals.

Active Protocol Since: October 20, 2026

1. Dispatch Abort (Cancellation)

Pre-Deployment Abort:

If you cancel your request before a tactical unit is actively routed to your coordinates, the cancellation is processed with zero penalties.

Post-Deployment Abort:

If a unit is already in transit and you abort the mission, a standard Dispatch Fee will be levied to cover fuel and operational loss. If our mechanic arrives at the coordinates and you are unresponsive, the fee remains active.

2. Financial Reversals (Refunds)

Refunds are executed under strict conditions to ensure fairness across the network:

  • Network Failure: If we fail to deploy a unit to your location due to our own system limitations, any advance telemetry fees paid will be reversed 100%.
  • Diagnostic Dead-End: If our unit arrives but lacks the specialized OEM tools to interface with your specific hardware (despite prior confirmation), no service fee will be charged.

3. Non-Refundable Operations

Labor charges are absolute once the repair is successfully executed. If you decline further recommended repairs and the asset fails again due to those declined parameters, no refund will be issued.
